The villa enjoys a fabulous view of the Mediterranean and the island of Formentera. You will find complete calm and privacy here. There is a partly covered terrace in front of the villa with a dining table and rattan seats. The kidney shaped swimming pool. with sunbathing terrace and sunloungers. is on a lower level. All terraces offer superb views. The villa is around 10 minutes by car from San José with its attractive bars. restaurants and shops. There are many pleasant small bays nearby.The villa has a living room with lounge suite. French windows open onto a covered terrace with a large dining table. The open plan kitchen has a bar. dishwasher. cooker with oven. large fridge and microwave. The master bedroom has a double bed. air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with double wash basins. shower and toilet. A double bedroom with air conditioning and a twin bedroom are in the other part of the villa. These bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also in the villa a satellite-tv. Dvd-player and a Cd-player.NB: The villa is less suitable for toddlers. due to the various height levels of the terraces.
